The Clubroom Hamilton is looking for a reliable, personable, and hardworking Retail Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). You will have a strong love for golf and exceptional customer service skills!

The Clubroom is the home of Golfing Excellence. Our Premium Golf Retail Store provides expert advice, top-tier golf equipment, and outstanding service to golfers of all levels. At The Clubroom, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our customers and fostering a team culture that reflects our passion for the game.
The Role :
This key role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with retail operations, stock management, and general store duties.
We are looking for a golf enthusiast who is available to work 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for more hours based on store needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working in a golf-focused environment. Uniforms provided!
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
• Assist customers with golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, processing, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with transactions
• Help with general store administration and customer inquiries
Skills & Experience :
• A passionate golfer with a strong understanding of the game
• Retail and customer service experience preferred but not essential
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
