The Clubroom Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theclubroom.co.nz. Once your return is approved, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to one of The Clubroom stores.

🚨 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You received an item different from what you ordered.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

🚫 Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item (following our return process).
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible.


Custom Orders

⚠️ Please note: Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
