Mizuno JPX925 Irons
Mizuno JPX925 Hot Metal Family
Building on the immense success of its predecessors, the new JPX925 Hot Metal iron family continues to deliver exceptional distance, world-renowned Mizuno feel, and countless fitting options.
For the first time ever, this family introduces multi-material construction, enhancing the performance of Nickel Chromoly with strategically placed tungsten to deliver higher launch and steeper landing angles for pinpoint iron precision rarely found in distance-oriented designs.
Choose from three distinct models, all sharing a common technology package:
● Hot Metal for all-around forgiveness
● Hot Metal Pro for a slimmer profile
● Hot Metal HL for added launch and height
Tech Features:
- CORTECH Design featuring Contour Ellipse Face: A completely re-engineered multi-
- thickness face profile, pushing to the extremes with a face thinning down to 30% thinner than the previous generation. The Contour Ellipse enhances center ball speed and ensures maximum speed retention throughout the impact zone.
- Multi-Material Construction with Tungsten Weighting: Tungsten positioned low in the 4-7 irons creates a higher launch with a lower sweet spot, producing a steeper landing angle.
- Chromoly 4140M: Allows for a high strength face with a bendable hosel for fitting, due to its high strength to weight ratio and malleability.
- Seamless Cup Face: One-piece Cup Face geometry with thinned areas revolving 360 degrees around the perimeter, increasing rebound area for maximum ball speed across the entire face.
- Variable Sole Thickness: Increase overall face flex area for added CORAREA.
- Balanced Stability Frame: Balanced weighting improves control while maintaining
- forgiveness and producing a tour preferred vibration and sound.
- Harmonic Impact Technology: Fine-tuned head geometry delivers ideal feel and feedback at impact.
- Acoustic Sound Ribs: Precisely dialled in vibration patterns for a solid, explosive impact sound.
