Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all addresses across New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
Shipping is free for standard items when you spend over $150.
There is a charge for bags and trundlers as they are bulky items and charges for rural delivery.
Customised Golf Balls
Customised golf ball orders have separate shipping rates due to production and packaging requirements. There is a small fee for each order but multiple balls are packed together so only have a single charge.
Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available from our locations. Select Store Pickup at checkout to choose your preferred store.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout for urban North and South Island addresses when your order total reaches $150 NZD or more. Rural addresses and Waiheke Island are not eligible for the free shipping threshold.
What is a rural address?
Rural addresses are those outside of main urban centres and are identified automatically at checkout. If you're unsure whether your address is classified as rural, your checkout will display the applicable rate.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Currently we only ship within New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Most urban orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–3 business days. Customised golf ball orders may require additional production time before dispatch.
Club orders that have been customised or built specifically for you may require an additional 2-3 weeks depending on the build.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
Do you offer free shipping on subscriptions?
Yes - all active subscription orders (including our ProV1 subscription) include free shipping across New Zealand.
