1. Copy the competitor’s product page URL for the identical item.
   
2. At the bottom of this page, give us the competitors product URL, place your purchase offer into the Price Match Offer box and hit submit.
   
3. Our ecommerce team quickly verifies the offer and responds- either accepting or counter-offering.
   

Our Pricing Guarantee

We’ll accept your Price Match when all three conditions are met:

1. The product is identical (same brand, model, style) and in stock for both The Clubroom and the competitor.
2. We can verify the competitor’s price and stock status.
3. The competitor’s total price- including freight, currency conversion, GST, and any other charges, is lower than ours.
   

We won’t accept a Price Match when:

1. The competitor’s “price” relies on non-cash perks (loyalty points, coupons, club points, etc.).
2. The item is an online-exclusive or the offer is below our cost price.
3. The deal is restricted (trade-only, event-only, member-only, etc.).
4. There’s a pricing error or insufficient proof of the competitor’s price.

When a Price Match is agreed, no additional discounts or promos apply. In-store agreements may incur fitting fees. The accepted price is valid for 48 hours and must be paid within that time.
