Garmin's most advanced golf smartwatch yet. The Approach S72 pairs a lightweight titanium build and a bright AMOLED display with tour-level course data, swing metrics and green reading, so you can make smarter decisions on every shot and get more out of every practice session.
With 43,000+ preloaded courses worldwide, you get front, middle and back distances, hazard view and a PinPointer for blind shots the moment you step on the tee. PlaysLike Distance adjusts yardages for elevation and conditions, while the Virtual Caddie recommends a club based on wind, elevation and your own swing data. Aerial imagery and green contour data help you pick the right lay-up and read the right line.*
Set today's pin position and the S72 uses green contour data to show your aim point on selected courses. After the round, putting analysis reveals your tendencies across different conditions, so you know exactly where shots are being lost.*
Swing metrics such as hand speed, backswing length and wrist rotation help you build consistency. The dedicated driving range activity tracks every swing at practice, and golf biometric data shows how your heart rate affects your performance and score over time.
A titanium bezel, sapphire crystal lens and soft ComfortFit fabric band keep it light at just 48 g. Battery life runs up to 16 days in smartwatch mode and up to 20 hours in golf mode. Off the course you get advanced sleep coaching, HRV status, Body Battery energy monitoring, training readiness, full-colour mapping, music storage, Garmin Pay, a built-in LED flashlight and a speaker and microphone for calls and voice commands when paired with your phone.
*Requires an active Garmin Golf membership. Wind data and some features require a paired smartphone.
